Power button detection

Hi, I have QNX 6.5 running on Intel x86 machine. Any one knows how to detect power button event on this platform? 
Could it have configuration file to control behavior of power button. (Behavior means changing delay, disabling 
shutdown).?
Do I need to load some driver to get power button events?
