Hello,

1. We develop libraries that run on the sabre lite ARM QNX 6.5.0SP1 architecture.  If we apply this patch in our library
 build and deliver to a customer that does not have the patch applied to their kernel are there potential problems?  
Consider both static & dynamic linking of libc.

2. I noticed that the patch file name and contents are not in a format that the applypatch utility recognizes.  Is there
 an update to applypatch or a version of the patch tar file in a format that applypatch will accept?
