Multicore TDK in svn or not in svn?
Hi,
From QNX.com i tried downloading the Multicore TDK. It says i need to register some "Valid Multicore TDK" license.

If i click on the Header Line i was taken into next page where it says
"This package installs the Multi-Core TDK on Linux® hosts. This TDK is for use with QNX Momentics 6.3.0 SP1 or later.
If you have not purchased a paid-up TDK distribution license, then you may use license key XXXX-SSSS-GGGG-AAAA-BBBB
(valid license here) to install this package for development purposes only and additional runtime royalties will apply
for commercial use."

And i get the Download button. (but clicking this takes me to Register new serial number part)

Looking at the Release notes:
    * x86/boot/sys/procnto-smp
    * x86/boot/sys/procnto-smp-instr
    * mipsbe/boot/sys/procnto-smp
    * mipsbe/boot/sys/procnto-smp-instr
    * mipsle/boot/sys/procnto-smp
    * mipsle/boot/sys/procnto-smp-instr
    * ppcbe/boot/sys/procnto-600-smp
    * ppcbe/boot/sys/procnto-600-smp-instr
Are installed.

If i compile the kernel from SVN i get these files. I would like to know is the Multicore TDK already in SVN?

/Prem

If you downloaded the new 6.3.2 Momentics (different from
the 6.3.2 kernel patch) from here:
http://www.qnx.com/products/getmomentics/

Then the multi-core TDK is included with this already.

The kernel/procnto in the OS Project SVN repository (see
trunk/services/system) already contains the SMP/Multi=core
source components.

The TDK's you are looking at downloading are for the historical
6.3.0 based installations where you installed a base and then
installed a number of technology development kits.

With 6.3.2 we've rolled the TDK's into the main download to
save you the trouble of figuring out what it is that you
might be missing =;-)

Hope this helps,
 Thomas
