QNX Installation on Kontron MOPS-PM 1GHz

I starts the installation of QNX 6.3.2 from CD and this message appears:

Hit Esc for   
.altboot...........................................................

and everything gets locked. 

My board is:
Kontron MOPS-PM
Intel® processor Celeron® M with 1GHz, 512 KB L2 cache (Dothan); ISA&PCI
