Unable to start "devc-tserppc800" (2)

Can anyone plz tell why the serial driver is not starting.
I am starting the driver in script as 

devc-tserppc800 -F -E -c49152000 -b9600 smc1^2,0x2000 &

My processor is MPC855T where the DPR base is 0x2000

Found it!! Got a sudden idea that the number in brackets should of course 
mean the error code!
The file was not getting included in the image filesystem coz i didnt specify it in the buildfile :)
