Christopher, could you please provide complete console logs (or the contents of your scripts), i.e., enough detail for 
reproducing what exactly you are doing? Such as the way of creating your ramdisk, creating the filesystem, the mount 
command and more?

It is not possible to tell the issue just by the error message as there are multiple potential root causes.

Thanks for your input, when trying to change the ramdisk from dos to qnx4. I received an error:

mount: can't mount /etc/ssh (type qnx4)
mount: Possible reason: Corrupted file system detected.
