The QNX Kernel team practises group reviewing of all our changes to the OS.  We used to circulate the diffs in private 
email to specific internal reviewers. Lately we've been trying the experiment of postings diffs to be reviewed to a 
forum an intiviting all forum members to comment. Up till now we've done this will a internal-only forum.  

But now we're going to start posting diffs for review to a new public forum we've created for the purpose:

All QNX Operating system community members are welcome (encouraged) to review diffs and post diffs.  If we see a bug in 
a diff anyone posts, don't hestiate to post a reply. Please also post when you think a diff looks good.
