Probably application builder bug

The application builder applications called from the command line cause the following error under 641M5:

Ap: Unable to open resource file
(/net/host_name.domain_name/)

The same code works fine under 641M4

- Procedure how to repeat
- Sample application
- Does the problem happen in M6? M5 is now out of date.
