Confuse by names

I see not there is QNX SDP (Software Development Platform) but there is also reference to QNX Momentics tool Suite.  
What is the differences?

QNX SDP consists of the QNX Momentics Tool Suite and the QNX Neutrino
RTOS.

QNX Momentics consists of the command-line tools (qcc, etc.), and (on
Windows and Linux) the IDE.

page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
