I tried to reproduce this problem in 6.3.0 SP1/SP2 using a small PhAB application and could not. In order to help you, I
 will need a PhAB project which demonstrates this problem.

Please note that I also tried moving widgets in the Module Tree in 6.4.0 Windows Momentics and it does not work - the 
Photon server crashes even on simple moves. I created PR64527 to track this 6.4.0-only problem.

Photon AbBuilder abruptly closes when using the Module Tree to move widgets in or out of a PtPane.
If you save after each operation it does not close or crash.  If you move more than one or two widgets out of a PtPane,
 it will surely close, losing your changes, and ocassionally corrupting the workspace.  
I am working with Neutrion 6.3 and the About screen on Photon ApBuilder says version 2.03. This is with Version: 4.0.1 
Build id: I20070321 of the Momentics IDE.
I am working on a Windows XP Pro platform with SP2.
