how to add include and library path which are on the target machine?

I'm using Momentics on a Linux machine to build qnx projects.
There are some include files and libraries I want to use which are on the qnx machine. How can I add them to the project
 I created in Momentics on Linux?

You have to mount this directory back to linux as nfs first
