I am unable to see my connected target in momentics IDE,i cna telnet from cmd line also ping it ,but i cannot see it in 
device perspective of momentics.When i try to add it,it says it already exits,but i can't see it.

do you have QNET running on the target?

when I compile my QNX c/c++ projects I see two different  icons for the generated binaries,please refer to the attached 
image.Could you explain what is the difference between these two icons

The two binaries are the same application, except the one with the "_g" contains the symbol tables required for line-by-
line debugging.
