I used to work with QNX about 10 years ago over a 3 year period developing real-time image capture and analysis systems.
 I loved the work, but have since left the embedded world for other pastures.

I am now interested in revisiting this amazing and capable OS plateform for several skunk work projects that I think QNX
 would be right for (this is more like a side hobby - i/o, cpu perfromance, wireless features not important at this 
time).

For now, the exercise is really to re-aquant myself with the OS, and GUI development environment. 

Getting to my question, i am looking for advice on a really cheap embedded system development kit for QNX. Also, after 
the 30 day evaluation of the qnx download s/w, for just hobby - non-commercial use, does qnx offer a free license?

Any help or advice is appreciated.
