Forum Topic - PtTrend unexpected behavior: (4 Items)

PtTrend unexpected behavior
When a PtContainer widget full of other widgets is realized on top of a "running" PtTrend, the overlapping portion of
the container scrolls in the trend as if it were part of the data. Eventually the overlapping portion of the container
"scrolls off" the trend, and what is left looks like the container was realized under the trend.

That was not the behavior I was expecting, and it is not the behavior I get when I use a dialog box instead of a
container widget.

Is there a way to keep the container "intact" AND on top of the trend?
Re: PtTrend unexpected behavior
You may wan to use PtMTrend instead of PtTrend. It is aware of siblings that overlap it and will only blit its visible
portions.
The other way is to use a PtRegion instead of PtContainer. PtRegion is a disjoint widget and will not “interfere” with
 the PtTrend’s blit operations.
