how to modify the USB VendorID and ProductID of Udisk

devu-umass_client-block -l lun=0,fname=/dev/hd0t11,scsi_pid=Meter,scsi_vid=ABC &

I could modify the USB Device Descption by above command. Could anyone could figure out how to modify the USB VendorID 
and ProductID of Udisk?
