Thanks Alveri for the info
The QNX Installer repository contains over 600 packages and many
contributions pre-date 6.3.x. Other sections of the bazaar contain software
compatible with 6.3.x.
We just started populating the bazaar and expect many more new contributions
going forward. Everyone from the community is welcome to help us build the
bazaar; if you know good software that we should publish or if you have good
bits to share please let us know! :-)

I've heard on www.openqnx.com that phFTP was never released in source form, and so is unlikely to be available.
